A lot of people tell me how they hated the single player on Halo 3. They complained it was too short. Well, I am one of those guys who actually enjoyed it. I loved the story and the characters. The voice acting was top notch. And the best of all, the music was pimp. I got that soundtrack and listened to it for about 3 months straight. I still listen to it. When I'd be running through the forest and the Last of the Brave song would come on, man I tell ya, I felt invincible (until some brute smashed me with those damn hammers). Anyways, there were flaws of Halo 3's single player, but even with the flaws, it's one of my favorite games. I'll most likely start playing it here again in the summer to try to beat legendary by myself (which I quit earlier in the year becuase it was so tough when solo'ing it).

I have to be completely and brutally (pardon the pun) honest here...
I absolutely loved the campaign story mode that Halo 3 offered.
I half-agree with everyone who said it was short, but if you actually time it and examine it, it's really not short. I think the story APPEARED short because it was so enjoyable and so well-done.
The acting, motion capture, plot, storyline certainly felt as epic as a real cinematic theater release, except that it was fully interactive.
This game was the perfect crown piece to the Halo trilogy, answering all the questions and being extremely fun to boot. Everything worked from the soundtrack pieces, to the "ooh sh*t" moments where the action really started going down.
A perfect example of why I love gaming myself.
Can't wait to be able to enjoy the other aspect of halo 3, the multiplayer, at Versus tournaments when you guys open it up!
Yeah, exactly...I agree with the whole cinematic feeling of the game. Real enjoyable.
Versus Halo 3 Tournaments will be awesome. Who wouldn't want to play in a Halo 3 tournament and show off your skills to all the other players who think they are bad ass. Plus, win prizes. How that's an entertaining experience.
